Postpartum Doula Support
My role as a Certified Postpartum Doula is to provide practical, educational and emotional support to help guide you through the days and weeks following birth.
Together, we will create an individualized care plan for you and your family. Whether you’re struggling with something specific, or simply need some time to take a hot shower and a nap, I’m happy to help!
Tasks can include things like assistance and education with newborn care, breastfeeding support, help around the house, self-care and postpartum recovery support, emotional support, and more!
Overnight Doula Support
Rest is such an important piece to postpartum recovery and healing. Even one full night of sleep can make a huge difference on your physical and mental state.
On an overnight shift, I will care for baby through the feeds, diaper changes and fussiness. As baby sleeps, I can tidy up around the house and have a fresh cup of coffee ready for you as you wake refreshed in the morning.
Breastfeeding is a learned skill that both you and baby have to practice! As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, my role is to support you through any of the challenges you may face and reach your breastfeeding goals.
I can help with latch, positioning, milk supply and more!
I have nearly ten years of experience as a babysitter and nanny. I am happy to offer childcare support to make your transition back to life and work more simple and (at least somewhat) stress-free.
